1. How do I know my nail size?

We offer a Press-On Nail Sizing Kit to ensure your custom sets fit perfectly. The kit includes all standard sizes (0–9) and instructions for finding your ideal fit. This is the first step before ordering custom nails.

2. What’s included with each press-on set?

Each luxury press-on nail set includes:

  • 10 custom-sized nails
  • Nail glue and adhesive tabs
  • Application instructions
  • A mini nail prep kit (mini buffer, mini nail file, alcohol wipe, cuticle stick)

3. How long do press-on nails last?

  • With glue: 2-3 weeks
  • With adhesive tabs: 1–3 days (great for temporary wear)
    Proper prep and application are key to longevity. Detailed instructions are included with every order.

4. How do I apply the nails?

Each set comes with easy-to-follow instructions. You'll prep, apply glue or adhesive tabs, and press the nails firmly in place for a long-lasting hold. We also include a nail care card in every order.

5. Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Yes! With gentle removal and proper care, most sets can be reused multiple times. We recommend storing them in the original packaging between wears.

6. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! Custom sets are available and made based on your preferred size and style. After purchasing a sizing kit, you can place your custom order. 

7. Do I need to order a sizing kit before every custom order?

No—only once. Once we have your measurements, we’ll keep them on file for future orders. If your nail shape or length preferences change, feel free to re-size at any time.

8. When will my order ship?

  • Sizing kits: Ship within 1–2 business days
  • Custom sets: Ship within 5–10 business days after receiving your sizes
  • Ready-to-ship sets: Ship within 2–4 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your sizes before ordering.
