3. Approval & Payment: Once we confirm your design and price, you can purchase your custom nail set.
4. Creation & Delivery: Your nails will be handmade with care, bringing your vision to life, and shipped directly to you.

• Submissions without sufficient detail may be declined or require clarification.

3. Approval:

• All custom designs are subject to approval based on feasibility and material limitations.
• I reserve the right to suggest adjustments if the design cannot be executed as submitted.

4. Payment:

• Payment is required after design approval and before creation.
• No custom nails will be created without confirmed payment.

5. Refunds & Exchanges:

• Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final.
• If a design cannot be created as submitted, a solution will be discussed, which may include a partial refund or design revision.

6. Timeline:

• Custom nail creation times may vary based on design complexity and order queue.
• Estimated completion time will be communicated once the design is approved.

7. Shipping:

• Shipping costs are separate and calculated at checkout.
• I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.
